Team Cole!

Today was the big day. Walking for Dreams! After months of fundraising and raising awareness about the Jackson Center, we hit the road with hundreds of others to celebrate Cole. There were approximately 30 non-profits that participated today. For the second year in a row The Jackson Center raised the most money out of all who participated. And we are proud to say we exceeded our fundraising goal and raised a total of $2640.00. Thanks to everyone who helped us along the way. Your donation is going to an excellent center and will help many children with cerebral palsy live a more independent life. We are so proud of Cole and everything he has accomplished there.

April = RAIN.

It has been raining for a month. Well 26 days to be exact. We had 4 glorious days in April with no rain. Needless to say we've been couped up, battling viruses and depression around here. BUT now that is it May... can we finally say that spring is here? A week of 80's are in our forecast and we are taking full advantage of the sunshine. Here is a run down of the past month.

Cole and Heather at the Jackson Center.

Thanks so much for all the donations that have come in. We are so grateful and lucky to have such wonderful friends and family. If you haven't donated, there is still time. Just go to www.walkingfordreams.com

Gavin on one of our 4 sunny days in April. His first time flying a kite.

Cole getting practice in his power chair. Determined look on his face.

Still not so sure about this mode of transportation.

This picture I LOVE. Cole likes his tricycle this year and we ride just about every day.

Finally something we can all do together.

The pool is open. We swam for the first time today. Had a blast with the boys and we are all looking forward to spending the summer right here!
